Here are a few of the frequently asked questions. Please let us know if you still have unanswered questions or would like to book a tour of the kitchen.
Who can rent?
Anyone one can rent the space but in order to comply with Panhandle Health district, there must be a food service certified manager onsite when the kitchen is in use commercially. This certification will be required upon booking.
How do I book?
Once we meet you and give you a kitchen tour and we both agree our kitchen is a good fit for you, you will be offered a contract. If you agree to the terms you will be given access to our calendar where you can self book and pay for the hours you need in the kitchen. You can book your time way out or take what is available as you need it each week.
Where is the kitchen located?
270 E Neider Ave in Coeur D'Alene. We are located across the street from Costco.
What is the price to use it?
Our hourly rate is $25 an hour. This covers water, electric, gas, use of all equipment in the kitchen, and use of a bathroom. It does not include overnight refrigerator, freezer or pantry space. This may be arranged at an additional cost.
What hours are available?
Our kitchen is available 24/7. Once you agree to our use terms, you will receive a key pad code for the kitchen door scheduled for the hours of your booking.
